As we scale, we’re hiring a seasoned Senior Amazon Retail Specialist to own growth strategies, mentor junior teammates and elevate our clients’ Amazon performance.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You’ll be a hands-on expert with at least 5 years’ experience managing Amazon accounts. You’ll craft and execute organic-growth strategies, audit account health, analyze performance data and partner with internal teams to deliver clear, impact-driven recommendations. You’ll also mentor junior staff, delegate delicate tasks, and ensure all deliverables hit their deadlines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategy & Growth
- Design and implement bespoke growth plans to boost revenue and market share.
- Spot opportunities (new SKUs, promotions, SEO tweaks) and drive execution.
- Account Management & Quality Assurance
- Oversee listings, A+ Content, infographics and Brand Stores.
- Ensure strict compliance with Amazon policies and proactive issue resolution.
- Assign complex or time-sensitive tasks to juniors, monitor progress, and sign off on final deliverables.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Deep-dive into sales, traffic and conversion metrics; translate insights into prioritized action plans.
- Deliver concise reports and presentations to internal teams and clients.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Coach and guide junior Amazon Specialists, providing feedback and training.
- Delegate workloads effectively, ensuring all projects and “delicate” tasks meet their deadlines.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Maintain clear, timely client updates and follow-ups.
- Work closely with Creative, Technical and Ads teams to roll out strategies.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 5+ years managing Seller or Vendor Central accounts in an agency or brand setting.
- Proven Track Record: Tangible growth wins (revenue lift, organic ranking improvements, Buy Box share).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor juniors, delegate effectively and manage time-sensitive or critical tasks.
- Analytical & Strategic: Expert at turning data into prioritized action plans.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with flat-files, Excel, Seller/Vendor Central dashboards and analytics tools.
- Excellent Communicator: Clear, confident writing and speaking—especially with senior stakeholders.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive and thriving in a remote, fast-paced environment.
