Your Role

You’re a driven sales professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You own your pipeline, build relationships with medium–enterprise clients, and deliver tailored solutions that drive real business growth.

  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Qualify and close inbound leads, plus proactively generate and convert your own pipeline of medium–enterprise brands.
  • Deliver Strategic Solutions: Craft and present compelling proposals—whether for Amazon Retail (Seller/Vendor Central) or Amazon wider ads solutions, in Australia and Global markets.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently surpass monthly and quarterly targets through disciplined forecasting, consultative outreach, and tenacious closing.
  • Client Partnership: Onboard and manage client accounts end-to-end: anticipate needs, secure renewals, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our Retail, Ads, and Strategy teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding client satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • Proven Sales Expertise: 3+ years in B2B sales of digital or e-commerce solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Consultative Approach: You dissect client challenges and assemble razor-sharp solutions that align with our clients’ growth strategies.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, highly organiszed, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communicator: Confident presenting in person and via Teams, with polished written and verbal skills.
  • Fast-Learner & Adapter: You’ll master Amazon and marketplace nuances in days, not months—your hunger for new skills is unmatched.
